Empty water after each session — sitting water inside a clear rig will discolor the glass over a few days. For deeper cleaning, fill the chamber with isopropyl alcohol and a tablespoon of coarse salt, plug the joint and mouthpiece, and shake for a minute or two. Rinse with hot water and air-dry. Avoid soaking the joint in alcohol for hours — it can dull the glass.

How much water should I fill it with?
Fill until the turbine perc slots are submerged by about a quarter inch. Less than that and the perc won't spin properly. More and you'll get water pulled up into the mouthpiece.
Does the bent neck make it less stable?
No. The base is wide enough to hold the rig flat even with the angled neck. The center of gravity is still over the foot.
