Hold this one up to a window. The whole pipe glows, because the color is in the glass itself, not just on the surface.
Over that color, thin pale yellow lines wiggle across every inch of the pipe, from the rim of the bowl to the tip of the mouthpiece. It looks a bit like a doodle someone couldn't stop drawing (in the best way). We picked it because it's simple, bold and easy to spot on a crowded coffee table.
Why This Squiggle Spoon Catches the Eye
Color all the way through. The body is made from full-color transparent glass, so it stays bright from every angle and never looks chalky.
Linework everywhere. The wavy lines cover the head and stem in an even, all-over pattern instead of a single stripe or band.
A comfortable 5 inch length. There's room for a full grip and a slightly cooler pull than a 4 inch pocket spoon.
Colors and Options
Blue is a deep, saturated body, and the yellow lines pop hard against it (our team's favorite).
Green is a rich bottle green, a little more earthy, with the same pale yellow squiggles.
Each pipe is hand-worked, so the line pattern varies a little from piece to piece. No two squiggles land in the same spot.

Dry herb, everyday sessions |
The 5" Color & Linework Hand Pipe is a 5 inch borosilicate glass spoon with a transparent colored body and wavy yellow linework. It has a built-in bowl and a side carb, comes in Blue or Green, and is made for dry herb.
How to Use It
We fill the bowl with ground flower, keep it loose, and cover the carb as you light the edge. Draw gently and lift off the carb to finish the hit.
Pro Tip: Hold the pipe up to a light after a few sessions. The see-through color makes resin easy to spot, so you'll catch buildup before it starts to clog the stem.
Who It's For
Minimalists: Two colors, one pattern, no fuss. Pick your shade and you're done.
Window-sill displayers: If your glass lives out in the open, this one looks great with light behind it.
New pipe smokers: A classic spoon shape with a side carb is the easiest way to learn, and it's what we suggest first (no water, no moving parts).
Worth Noting: With only two colors there's less to choose from, and the transparent glass shows resin sooner than an opaque frit pipe.
Care and Cleaning
We tap ours out after each bowl and give it a salt and 91% isopropyl alcohol shake in a zip bag every week or two. Rinse with warm water and let it dry before the next pack.
Warning: Let the pipe cool completely before cleaning, since hot glass can crack in cold liquid. Keep glass out of the dishwasher.
Common Questions
- Is the glass actually see-through?
- Yes, the body is transparent colored glass, so light passes through it. That's what gives it the glow when you hold it up to a window. It also means you can see resin building up inside, which makes it easy to know when the pipe is due for a soak.
- Are the yellow lines raised or flat?
- The yellow lines are fused glass that sits very slightly raised on the surface. You can feel a faint texture when you run a finger over them. They're part of the pipe, not paint, so they won't rub off in your pocket or wash away with alcohol and salt.
- Should I pick Blue or Green?
- Blue gives the most contrast, since the yellow lines stand out sharply against the deep blue. Green is darker and a little more earthy, so the lines look softer. Both have the same shape, size and carb. We'd go Blue for a bold look and Green for something low-key.
- How long is this pipe?
- This pipe is 5 inches long from mouthpiece to the back of the bowl. It fits in a jacket pocket or a bag but is snug in jeans. The extra length over a 4 inch spoon gives you a fuller grip and a little more cooling before the smoke reaches you.
- Is this a good first pipe?
- A 5 inch spoon with a side carb is one of the easiest pipes to learn on. There are no moving parts and no water to change. Pack, light, pull, and release the carb. If you're new, start with small bowls until you get a feel for the draw.
- Does the color change as I use it?
- The glass color itself never changes, since it's built into the borosilicate. What changes is resin inside, which can make the pipe look darker or cloudy. A soak in 91% isopropyl alcohol with coarse salt clears it out and brings the original color right back.
- Where is the carb located?
- The carb is a small hole on the side of the head, next to the bowl. Cover it while you light and draw, then let go to clear the smoke out of the stem. You can find it easily by looking through the colored glass from the side.
