PTFE Sheets & Rolls — Chemical-Resistant Non-Stick Material

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is one of the most chemically resistant materials available, making it ideal for extraction environments where solvents and high temperatures are part of the process. Our PTFE sheets and rolls provide a non-stick, heat-resistant surface for collecting and handling concentrates throughout the extraction workflow.

PTFE handles temperatures well above what silicone can withstand, making it the preferred choice for high-temperature purging applications. It is also resistant to virtually all chemicals and solvents, so it will not degrade or contaminate your product regardless of your extraction method.

PTFE vs. Silicone vs. FEP

PTFE offers the highest temperature resistance and chemical resistance of the three materials. Silicone is more flexible and reusable for everyday handling. FEP provides optical clarity that neither PTFE nor silicone can match. Many professional operations use all three materials at different stages of their workflow.

We stock PTFE in both pre-cut sheets and rolls. The roll format is popular with operations that need to cut custom sizes for different equipment configurations.
