2.5" 14mm Sculpted Character Glass Flower Bowl

A sculpted glass bowl with a 14mm joint. The figure is worked into the glass itself, so the thing you are looking at and the thing you are smoking out of are one piece.

The Short Version

Sculpted character flower bowl, made of glass, 2.5" long, with a 14mm joint for water pipes. One style, ten on the shelf.

  • What it is: Sculpted flower bowl for dry flower
  • Joint size: 14mm
  • Material: Glass
  • Length: 2.5"
  • Style: Character sculpt
  • Shipping weight: 6.0 ounces
  • Variants: Single style, no color choice
  • Availability: In stock

We see a lot of flower bowls shaped like plain funnels because a funnel is the easy answer. A sculpted bowl takes longer to make, because the artist has to build the character around a working bowl without narrowing the pull or leaving a wall thin enough to crack. This one solves that, and it still measures a manageable 2.5" so it does not tower awkwardly out of a joint.

We stock it for the same reason people buy decorated glass at all: a piece you like looking at is a piece you take care of. Novelty glass that works badly ends up in a drawer. Novelty glass that pulls cleanly ends up in daily use, and this one pulls cleanly for us.

Why We Keep It in the Case

Sculpt and function in one piece. No attachments, no glued figure. The character is part of the same glass body that holds your flower.

Standard fitment, not a novelty size. The joint is 14mm, the same spec as a plain replacement bowl, so it works with hardware you already own.

Grip where you need it. The sculpted sections give your fingers something to hold that is not the hot rim.

Conversation piece that earns the space. At 2.5" it is a bowl first and a display object second, which is the right order.

Only one version. There is no color choice to agonize over. What you see in the photos is what ships.

Same numbers, written out

It is a glass flower bowl, sculpted as a character, 2.5" long, cut for a 14mm joint, listed at 6.0 ounces shipping weight, sold as one style with no variants and currently available. Bowl depth, glass thickness and joint angle are not in our data for this piece, so we leave them blank rather than guess at them.

What You Get Out of It

  • Drops into any 14mm joint without an adapter
  • Sculpted body is easier to find by feel in a dim room
  • Glass construction means no flavor carryover between sessions
  • 2.5" length keeps the sculpt clear of the water pipe neck
  • Single piece, so there is nothing to loosen or lose
  • Cleans with the same alcohol soak as a plain bowl
  • Makes a gift that gets used instead of shelved
  • Recognizable enough that it does not get mixed up with a friend's bowl
  • In stock now, no waiting on a restock

Packing and Pulling

We tell people to twist it into the joint gently and stop at snug. Sculpted glass has more surface catching your fingers, which makes it tempting to crank it in harder than a plain bowl. Do not.

Pack it the way you would any bowl: airy at the bottom so the pull is not strangled, tighter at the top so the cherry holds. Corner it. Burning the whole surface on the first hit wastes half of what you loaded, and on a sculpted bowl the extra heat lands on detail work you paid for.

Pro Tip: Set it down on a soft surface, never rim-first on a counter. Sculpted glass has raised points, and those points are where a drop concentrates all its force.

Good Fit For

Collectors. If your shelf already has worked glass on it, this is a low-commitment addition that still gets used.

Gift buyers. A 14mm bowl fits most water pipes, so you can buy it for someone without interrogating them about their setup first.

Anyone tired of plain glass. Same fitment, different character.

Common Questions

Is the sculpt separate from the bowl?

No. It is one piece of glass, sculpted as a character, measuring 2.5" overall. Nothing is glued on and nothing detaches, so there is no seam to trap resin or come apart in a cleaning jar. You clean it exactly the way you would clean an undecorated bowl.

Does the sculpt make it harder to clean?

The bowl and the airway clean normally in an alcohol soak, since the glass is one continuous piece. Raised detail on the outside can hold fingerprints and ash dust, so give the outside a wipe with a soft cloth after rinsing. A cotton swab reaches anything a cloth misses.

What joint does it need?

It is cut for a 14mm joint, the most common size on water pipes. Check the bowl currently in your piece; if that one is 14mm, this swaps straight in. Joint gender is not listed in our specs for this item, so match it against the bowl you already use before ordering.

How big is it in the hand?

The listed length is 2.5", which is roughly a palm's width of glass from the joint to the far end. That is enough to hold comfortably while it is warm without the bowl leaning oddly in a tall piece. Shipping weight is 6.0 ounces, packaging included.

Will the colors fade with heat?

Color in worked glass sits in the glass, not on it, so normal smoking heat and alcohol cleaning do not lift it. What does damage glass is a sharp temperature change, so let the bowl cool on its own instead of rinsing it hot. Treated that way, it keeps its look.

Can I use it for concentrates?

No. This is listed for flower smoking only, and a flower bowl is the wrong tool for concentrates in both shape and heat handling. Concentrates need a banger or a nail built for direct torch heat. Loading wax into a glass flower bowl usually ends with a ruined bowl.

Is more than one available?

We have ten units in stock as a single style with no color variants, so ordering two is fine. Because there is only one version, a second unit will match the first exactly. Once this style sells through it depends on whether the same sculpt comes around again.

Keeping It Clean

Empty the ash while it is still warm and rinse under warm water. For a real clean, seal it in a jar with isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, shake, and let it soak until the resin lifts. Rinse well, then let it dry completely before you pack it again.

Dry the detail work with a soft cloth rather than a paper towel, which shreds and leaves fibers in the sculpt. If the airway narrows, a pipe cleaner run through slowly clears it without scraping.

Warning: Do not put this in a dishwasher or pour hot water over it straight from the tap after it has been sitting cold. Glass fails from thermal shock long before it fails from smoking heat, and sculpted pieces have thick and thin sections that expand at different rates.
