Oil Slick Clear FEP Sheets

Crystal-clear FEP film sheets made for concentrate work. FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) releases cleaner than parchment, handles cold-cure and long-term storage without absorbing terpenes, and lets you see exactly what you are working with through the film. These are the same sheets running in commercial extraction labs across the country.

Why extractors choose FEP over parchment

  • True nonstick release. Sauce, badder, diamonds, and cold-cure rosin lift off FEP without leaving a film of product behind. Nothing soaks in, so nothing is wasted.
  • Optically clear. Watch consistency and color develop without unwrapping. Ideal for cure monitoring and for presentation-grade packaging.
  • Terpene safe. FEP is chemically inert. It will not leach, absorb terps, or impart flavor, even with high-terpene sauce sitting on it for weeks.
  • Temperature stable. Freezer to press-adjacent temperatures without becoming brittle or warping.

Built for production volume

Sold in bulk counts of 500 or 1,000 sheets at .05 mm thickness, sized for jar-scale portions and slab wraps. If your operation runs jars, we stock matching glass concentrate jars from 5ml to 18oz, plus extraction packaging for the rest of the line. Rolling your own lengths instead? See our nonstick PTFE rolls.

FEP vs PTFE vs parchment, quickly

Parchment is cheap and fine for pressing, but it absorbs oil and can stick to wet consistencies. PTFE is the workhorse for pressing and high heat. FEP is the storage and presentation film: clearest of the three, best release on sticky and saucy textures, and the standard for cold cure. Many labs press on parchment or PTFE and store on FEP.

Frequently asked questions

Is FEP safe for direct contact with concentrates?

Yes. FEP is inert and non-reactive, widely used in medical and food-processing applications. It will not off-gas or leach into product at storage temperatures.

Can I press rosin directly on FEP sheets?

FEP tolerates brief heat, but for repeated press cycles PTFE or parchment is the better tool. Use FEP after the press, for curing, storage, and packaging.

What size operations are these for?

The 500-count works for small processors and serious home extractors; the 1,000-count is priced for commercial labs. Need larger recurring volume? Reach out through our contact page for wholesale terms.
