FEP Sheets & Rolls — Clear Non-Stick Film for Extraction

FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) sheets and rolls offer a unique combination of optical clarity, non-stick performance, and chemical resistance. They are widely used in concentrate extraction and processing as collection surfaces, separation sheets, and packaging liners.

FEP is optically transparent, which allows you to see your product clearly during processing — something that opaque silicone and PTFE cannot offer. It has extremely low surface friction, so concentrates release cleanly without tearing or sticking. And it is chemically inert, meaning it will not react with solvents or terpenes.

Common Uses

Extractors use FEP sheets as collection surfaces in vacuum ovens, as separators between layers of concentrate during purging, and as packaging material for retail-ready products. The transparency makes visual inspection easy, and the non-stick surface ensures product integrity during handling.
