The 4-inch XL Metal Grinder is a 5-piece grinder built for people who hate refilling mid-session. At 4 inches across, this is the largest grinder we carry — big enough to prep flower for groups, back-to-back rolls, or just keeping your stash ready without constant grinding. Coarse teeth break down material without turning it to dust, and the included kief scoop means you're not losing your collection to sticky fingers.
Daily smokers who go through flower fast and don't want to stop mid-session to grind more. Groups who need to prep several joints or bowls at once. Anyone tired of tiny grinders that clog, jam, or force you to reload every time you want to roll.
Load flower into the top chamber without packing it tight — overfilling makes the teeth work harder and gums up the threads. Twist the lid a few times until material falls through into the collection chamber. For finer consistency, keep twisting; for coarser, stop early. Dump your ground flower from the middle chamber.
The bottom chamber catches kief as you grind. After a few sessions, check the screen — when you see a layer building up, use the included scoop to collect it. Don't force the scoop through clumps; tap the grinder gently to loosen kief first.
Clean the threads and screen every few weeks to keep it spinning smooth. A small brush or toothpick works for stuck material. If the grinder gets sticky, a quick soak in isopropyl alcohol (without the kief chamber) will loosen residue.

Coarse grind keeps airflow open in joints and bowls. Fine grinds pack tight and can pull through screens or clog pieces. If you need finer, just twist longer — these teeth will get there.
Depends on density, but you're looking at enough for 3-5 joints or several bowl packs in one grind. Way more than those 2-inch pocket grinders.
Eventually, yeah. Sticky flower and pressed kief will gum it up. Clean it every few weeks with a brush or alcohol soak to keep kief falling through.
It works. Small metal scoop that fits the chamber without scraping sides. Better than using a card or your fingers and losing half your kief to static.
Yep. Stick the whole grinder in the freezer for 10-15 minutes after grinding, then tap it on a hard surface. Trichomes break off easier when cold. Just don't leave it in there for hours.
Don't overfill the top chamber and wipe the threads clean after every few sessions. If it's already sticky, a tiny bit of coconut oil on the threads works, but keep it away from the grinding chamber.
