An 8-inch beaker bong with 7mm-thick borosilicate walls and a shimmering iridescent finish that shifts color as the light moves across it. Ice pinch, 14mm female joint, and a flower bowl included out of the box.
This 8-inch beaker isn't trying to be a spectacle piece. It's a daily-driver-sized bong built on heavy 7mm glass with an iridescent color-shift finish that catches light differently depending on the angle. We've carried the 10-inch and 6.5-inch versions of this line for a while, and the 8-inch size lands in the sweet spot for people who want something substantial on the desk without a tower you have to hide when company comes over.
FREE glass bowl included. Every bong in our collection ships with a free flower bowl from our team — a real bowl, not a throwaway slide. The included 14mm bowl ships with this bong; the free one is your spare.
Built for flower smokers who want a single heavy piece that'll sit out on display without looking like a hobby kit. If you've been using a 10mm tube and you're tired of the weight or the height, the 8-inch 7mm beaker is the step-down that still feels substantial. It's also a solid first "real" bong — priced below most headshop-branded beakers, but the 7mm glass carries the same heft you'd get from pieces built for serious daily use.
If you prefer tall percolator stacks or want dabbing to be the primary use case, this isn't the piece for you — it's a classic beaker geometry with a single diffused downstem, tuned for flower.
Worth Noting: Iridescent is a surface coating, not through-tinted glass. It's durable under normal use and cleaning, but avoid abrasive scouring pads and high-alcohol soaks longer than a few hours — they can dull the finish over months. Warm water and isopropyl (70%) with shaking salt is what we'd recommend.

The piece stands 8 inches tall on 7mm-thick borosilicate glass with an iridescent color-shift finish. The base is a classic beaker flare for stability and water capacity, with a 45° 14mm female joint fed by a slit-diffused downstem. A three-point ice pinch sits high in the tube for ice loading above the water line. A 14mm male flower bowl ships in the box, and every bong in our collection includes a free glass bowl from our team as a spare. Colors ship assorted — amber, gray, or pink — with the iridescent coating on all three.
Keep the iridescent finish looking new with a gentle cleaning routine. Drain the water after each session so mineral residue doesn't bake onto the base. For the full clean, use 70% isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt: plug the joints, shake for 30-60 seconds, and rinse with warm water. Avoid 90%+ isopropyl for long soaks — the coating is durable but stronger solvents left overnight can dull the iridescence. Skip the pipe-cleaning brushes with metal cores against the interior walls; a soft silicone swab or a bottle brush with nylon bristles is safer. Air-dry upside down on a towel to prevent spotting.
Assorted — we ship amber, gray, or pink as stock allows. All three have the same iridescent color-shift coating, so the finish behaves identically regardless of the underlying tint. If you need a specific color, drop us a note in the order comments and we'll pull it if available, but we can't guarantee a specific pick during high-volume weeks.
No — these are different techniques. Dichroic glass has metal oxides fused between layers and changes color with viewing angle. This beaker uses a thin-film iridescent coating applied to the outer surface, which shifts color with the light source rather than the viewing angle. Both look striking; the iridescent coating route is what keeps pieces like this accessible instead of three-digit heady-glass territory.
You can, and the 14mm female joint accepts any standard 14mm male banger. But the downstem is tuned for flower — a single slit diffuser drags more than a dedicated rig would on a dab. For occasional concentrate use it's fine; if dabs are your daily, a piece from our dab rigs collection will smoke cleaner.
Fill until the downstem slits are covered by about a half inch of water. On this beaker, that's roughly to the widest point of the base flare — you'll see the water level rise past the slits as you pull, and that's the cue you've got enough. Too much water and you'll spit up the mouthpiece; too little and the downstem won't diffuse properly.
